Inventory control

Liquor control interfaces allow you to use the liquor control solution of your choice as the 2 systems will be fully integrated. Interfaces with the following solutions are available: Berg, Scannabar, Azbar, Auberg, & Free Pour.

Pour it any way you like Maitre'D supports 3 styles of interfaces*: North American, Prechecking and European.

North American Style: Drinks are automatically rung up as they are dispensed.

Prechecking: The drinks are first rung up to an order. Then, when that order is open, only prechecked items can be dispensed, and only in the quantities that were rung up. The Bartender is able to pour the drinks or the cocktails in any sequence regardless of when they were rung up.

European Style: This style of interface is also supported by Maitre҄, as drinks are dispensed, the information is put in a file. Later, when you ask it to, the POS compares that file to another file of what has been rung up. Then it tells you what the differences are. You get to figure out how those differences happened.
